The ingredients needed to make Matoke:

  2. Get 3 medium size tomatoes

  5. Add in the sliced cooked green bananas gently mix to ensure they are well coated in the paste. add a few tablespoons of water and let this cook covered 5 minutes on a medium low heat
  6. Switch of the heat and sprinkle your chopped dhania then serve hot
