  5. Start by spreading the spinach mixture generously over the bread & on the top cover it with a slice of cheese. You can even grate cheese on top. Press the top of the roll/bread tightly so as to withhold all these stuffings.
  6. Heat it on a tava/ Toast it in a sandwich maker until the cheese melts and it's hot! - Serve it with your favorite soup or salad I served it with Mint Dip or Broccoli Almond Soup !!
  7. You can avoid cheese. If you want more healthy you can add little broccoli, mushrooms, capsicum & spring onions. You can add green chilis also for more spicy !!
