  2. Turn the heat and bring it to boil. Boil for a minute or two.
  3. Remove the dashi bag.

  5. Lower the heat, stir in 1.5 - 2 Table spoons of miso (start with 1.5 and add more if you prefer), and simmer for a few minutes. Bon appetite!
