- For Meethi chana daal pakodas: Take a bowl, put chana daal and soak for four hours, then sieve and grind it with garlic and chopped green chillis and meethi leaves and keep out into another bowl.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala.
- Now take a pan, put on the gas flame, at medium flame add oil here, when heated fry small ball of mix of meethi chana daal to make pakodas and keep out into another plate.
- For Basanti kadhi :
- We take remaining mixture of maithi chanadaal pakodas in a bowl, add curd and add one glass of water to dilute it.
- Now take a pan, put on the gas flame, at medium flame put oil, when heated add Paanch foren, red chilli, bay leaves, hing, curry leaves, mix well.
- Then put chopped tomatoes and small pieces of drum stick mix well then put dilute mixture of meethi chana daal pakodas.
- Then added all spices and put two more glasses of water.
- Then boil it for five minutes then add all pakodas one by one and boiled it five minutes more.
- Than switch off the gas flame and serve it.
