  12. Get 10 tsp tamarind paste
  13. Take 5 tsp lime juice
  14. Make ready 2 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  15. Get 2 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  16. Get 2 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  17. Make ready 2 1/2 tsp black salt
  18. Prepare As per taste Salt
  19. Make ready For garnishing:-
  20. Prepare 3 green chillies fresh deseeded and chopped
  21. Prepare 3-4 tbsp coriander leaves
  22. Take 1 piece ginger cut into fine julienne
  23. Get as required Pomegranate seeds
Instructions to make Kulle/Kuliya Chaat:
  1. Soak chana overnight in water to cover by 3 inches. Drained, then boiled till soft.
  2. Boiled potato till fork tender peeled and cut into half length wise. And cut in half length wise.
  3. Then centers scooped out to make 10 cups.
  4. Make chana masala:- Mix all the ingredients in bowl.
  5. In a bowl toss in boiled chana and masala paste and mix well.
  6. Make for potatoes paste:- Take all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon set aside.
  7. Coat paste the inside of each potato cup 1 tsp paste.
  8. In potato cups put chana masala into each potato cup.
  9. Place potato cup in a servings platter and garnish with green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger juliennes, pomegranate seeds, and carrot. And serve.
