- Take 5 tsp lime juice
- Make ready 2 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Get 2 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- Get 2 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Make ready 2 1/2 tsp black salt
- Prepare As per taste Salt
- Make ready For garnishing:-
- Prepare 3 green chillies fresh deseeded and chopped
- Prepare 3-4 tbsp coriander leaves
- Take 1 piece ginger cut into fine julienne
- Get as required Pomegranate seeds
Instructions to make Kulle/Kuliya Chaat:
- Soak chana overnight in water to cover by 3 inches. Drained, then boiled till soft.
- Boiled potato till fork tender peeled and cut into half length wise. And cut in half length wise.
- Then centers scooped out to make 10 cups.
- Make chana masala:- Mix all the ingredients in bowl.
- In a bowl toss in boiled chana and masala paste and mix well.
- Make for potatoes paste:- Take all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon set aside.
- Coat paste the inside of each potato cup 1 tsp paste.
- In potato cups put chana masala into each potato cup.
- Place potato cup in a servings platter and garnish with green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger juliennes, pomegranate seeds, and carrot. And serve.
