Instructions to make Tokri/Basket Chaat ❤️:
  1. Knead a soft dough using the ingredients and rest it for about 30 mins by covering the dough with a damp cloth..
  2. Now take the boiled potato, peel it and cut into pieces, now add green chillies, corriender leaves, onion cuts, roasted red chilli powder, corriender and cumin powder, salt, jaljeera powder, rock salt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, curd and sev and boiled kaala chana and give it a mix. Keep it aside.
  3. Now make 3 balls out of the dough and roll thm out. Now taka a vaati and apply oil on the outer part of it. Now place the vaati and equally cover the it with the rolled dough and keep it for frying. Make all the tokris in the same way. Now heat oil in a pan and fry them with vaatis. After half frying, u will notice the vaati is comming out, now turn the tokri upside down and fry it completely on a low flame.
