Steps to make Ghughuni:
  1. In a pan add oil. Once the oil is hot add cumin seeds and green chilli. Saute it for a minute and add the onion. Mix it well.
  2. Now add tomato and a pinch of salt. Cook it until tomato becomes soft.
  3. Then add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, kitchen king, red chilli powder and mix it well. Now add boiled chana, salt and again give a nice stir. Cover it and cook it on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Now add coriander leaves and mix it well. Your ghughuni is ready. Serve it in the evening.
