  1. Wash and soak overnight 1 cup black chickpeas. Pressure cook by adding Salt for 4-5 whistles.
  2. Boil and peel potatoes cut in cubes and keep aside. Meanwhile finely chop - onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cucumber, Coriander leaves and keep aside.
  3. In a big bowl add boiled chickpeas, now add potato cubes, chopped - onions, Tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  4. Add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder.
  5. Add Tamrind Chutney and green chutney.
  6. Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve in a serving plate.
