  3. Make ready 125 gm Yogurt
  4. Take 1 tsp Turmeric
  5. Take 1 tsp Chilli powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin powder
  7. Get 1 tsp All spice powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Nutmeg mace powder
  9. Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make Masala batair:
  1. For marination the batair In a medium bowl, whisk the yogurt with the lemon juice, lime juice, ginger, garlic, red chilies,coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic or ginger powder and salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Marinate quail for at least 8 hours or overnight.)spices according to taste add karay

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds, than add yogurt paste and mix very well.

  3. Remove lid, turn the flame high, fry very well till water is evaporated.on another karahi fry the quails..fry very well…now oil drain well and add in yogurt masala or mix for 3 to 5 min…add chop dania and garam masala…put on dam for 2 min
