- Roast methi on slow flame till colour changes. Let it cool and grind it to a fine powder. Keep it aside.
- Roast almonds, cashews, poppy seeds, dry grated coconut and keep aside to cool.Roast coconut on low flame till you get a nice golden colour.
- Take some ghee and fry gond and keep aside. In the same pan take some more ghee and add wheat four and roast it on low flame till colour changes and get a nice aroma.
- Grind almonds and cashew to coarse powder. Grind gond also to a coarse powder.
- In a big bowl take wheat flour, add powdered almonds, cashews, roasted poppy seeds, methi powder, khareek powder,roasted coconut,elaichi powder, jaiphal powder, powdered sugar, gond and mix everything well.Warm remaining ghee and add to the mixture little at a time and make ladoos.
