  1. Boil milk and let it cool for 10-15 minutes - Then add all purpose flour and angori powder in 2 cups of water whisk it.. and mix in room tamp milk. - Stir it by hand whisk.. Than boil milk again. - cool milk for 5-10minuts than add ctric acid mix slowly with wooden spoon. - Now you will see the milk will be curdle, water and milk will get separated. - Mix very slowly occasionally so that the chunks remain solid. - Cook on medium heat when water dry. - add sugar, green cardamom, Jaifal, Javitri powder,

Food color and Gloucose syrup, let cook keep stiring the spoon, - add 2 tbsp ghee or butter, and cook until oil comes out on surface and halwa form litte hard texture into nice and brown color. - remove from heat and set like 1 inch thick.. cool on room temperature - cut it into your desied shap garnish with nuts I used walnut n silver foil. - Enjoy
