- First in a pan add oil then add sliced onion in it make it golden brown than add all spices,sabit garam masala,tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.cover it and cook for 10mins.
- After 10 mins bhonify it than add chicken saute it for 5mins.cover it and cook for 20 mins until tender.
- Add yogurt in it cook it for more 10mins.add all green masala and cook it for more 5 mins.
- Parallelly soak rice for 20 mins. put 7 cups of water in a pan until boiling after 20mins of soak rice boil it until 1/4 percent of rice is done.
- Now first in a pan add all prepared masala in it, on top of it put all rice,mix red food colour in 1/4 cup of milk and spray it in top of rice.put on dum now for 15mins.
- Yummy biryani pulao is ready.
- Serve with raita and salad.
