Instructions to make Parwal Pulao (Chal Potol):
  1. Crush cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and mace. Wash and air dry Gobindovog rice. And prepare all other tampering ingredients together in one place for easy cooking.
  2. Cut parwals and slightly fry.
  3. Now in remaining oil add ghee, bayleaf, ginger, chili, and crushed whole spices.
  4. Now add the rice and saute for few minutes then add 2 cup water, salt. Now cover and let it cook.
  5. After 5 minutes add the fried parwals in rice and mix lightly. Cover and cook for another 2 mins.
  6. Now open the lid and stir again. Give some resting time. And Delicate Parwal Pulao is ready.
