- When it brown take it out in same oil add chotti ilachi and long fry well
- Add all spices In it add ginger garlic paste mix well cook until oil left
- Now add meat fry well till oil left add granded brown onion with yoghurt mixture cook till oil left
- Add 1 cup water When meat 80 percent tender add potatoes chopped in it and gram Masala powder in it
- Cook it in a low flame till potato and meat tender and oil left
- Serve it with coriander
