- Heat the cooker with mustard oil then add bayleaf, pinch asafoetida then add onion saute until it becomes translucent
- Now add prepared paste and tomatoes, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder to taste salt stir and mix it properly on lower flame
- When spices separates till it oil then add dal as required water now pressure cook up to 2 whistles now turn on the lower flame again cook for 1o min
- Now reduce the flame when let it cool completely then open the lid add meet masala powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves mix it well
- Now it is ready for serving
