- Prepare 1/2 kg boiled meat

- Take 2 large tomatoes

- Prepare Chopped Coriander
- Get Salt
- Prepare 2 med carrots

Instructions to make Matoke:

- Heat oil in a cooking pot and add the onions. Let it brown abit then add the crushed mixture, tomatoes, tomato paste,salt and spice of choice. Stir and cover to Cook for about 3 mins.
- Add meat and cook abit. Add the potatoes and keep stirring so that it does not burn
- After 5 mins of cooking, add the bananas and stir well. If too dry you can add some broth/water.
- Add like 3 cups of water and bring to boil on low heat.
- When done, store in the coriander. Serve hot.
