  1. First take a pan fry onion in a pan in oil till brown
  2. Take it out and grind it with yogurt
  3. In same oil add 4 small ilachi and 4 long pieces fry well till light brown
  4. Add all spices in it mix well cook till oil left add meat in it
  5. Fry well add ginger garlic paste in it add yogurt and onion paste in it mix well
  6. Cook it in a low flame till oil left
  7. Add potatoes and one forth cup water if meat is not tender
  8. When meat and potatoes complete tender add 1 tsp gram Masala powder in it
