Steps to make Homemade Pure Garam Masala:
- First heat a kadahi on a low flame add whole dhaniya roast it for 5 minutes till it becomes aromatic wen it becomes aromatic transfer dhaniya in a plate
- Now in the same kadahi add whole jeera roast it for 5minutes on a low flame till it becomes aromatic wen it turns aromatic transfer it in a plate keep it aside
- Now in the same kadahi add jay phal mace strand black pepper,tejpatta roast it for 5 minutes till it turns aromatic after that transfer it in a plate
- Let all the ingredients cool down after that grind all the above sabut masala in a grinder mixer
- Note You can also add cardamom or any whole spices like cloves,whole red chilli etc and roast it for 5 minutes with jaiphal tej patta black pepper etc but I have not cloves and also I have not added whole red chilli here but you can add it if any doubt ask me..Your Pure & Sure handmade garam masala ready
