- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. let it splutter.
- Then add chopped onions fry till brown. then add all the spices and mix well. then add coconut milk. mix. then add sprouted moong and mix well. add 3 cups water. stir, cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 10 mins.
- Method to serve: place some boiled chopped potatoes in a bowl. top it up with some farsan/sev. then add the sprouted moong with gravy/rassa. drizzle 1tsp coconut milk.then garnish some finely chopped onions, tomato and coriander. top it up with more farsan/sev and lemon slice.
- Serve hot with multigrain bun or simply a pav.
