- Clean and soak moong for 3 to 4 hours. After that remove excess water and keep moong for 7-8 hours so that it will get sprouts.
- Wash sprouted moong. In a mixi jar or grinder take sprouted moong, cumin, coriander leaves, green chilli and make a fine paste.
- Now add salt as per taste. Now check consistency, add water as required and make like dosa batter consistency.
- Now heat non stick pan, grease it with oil. Sprinkle little water and pour dosa batter and spread it round.
- After a minute apply 1 tsp oil / ghee. Cook till it becomes crispy and brown from bottom. If want flip and cook from other side as well for 2 minutes.
- Remove dosa from pan and serve it with your favourite chutney.
