Steps to make Sprouted Moong veggie Cheela:
  1. Soak Green moong overnight and then keep it in a sprouts vessel for another day with water
  2. Put sprouted moong in a food processor and grind it Coarsely just add water for grinding no need to make a smooth paste.t
  3. Take a bowl mix besan and some water to make a paste and but don’t add too much water. And mix besan paste with ground sprouted moong.
  4. Add Ginger garlic paste, Hing / asafoetida, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Salt, Grated Bottle gourd and green peas and mix well and check the taste.
  5. Take a non stick pan Add 1 tbs of any cooking oil And pour our cheela mix it will be a thick paste but don’t be tempted to add more oil.
  6. Keep the stove on medium flame and carefully turn cheela to the other side. It will take 6 to 7 mins to cook because the vegetables add volume to cheela.
  7. Serve Cheela with Fresh curd or coriander chutney alternatively you can make this in the shape of patties and serve it as healthy lentil burger.
