Toss sprouted chickpeas in olive oil until coated and add desired spices (salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, cumin etc.) Raw sprouted chickpeas can be blended into delicious raw hummus with tahini, black pepper, some Himalayan salt and spices/herbs. The same can be done with cooked chickpeas. Add raw or cooked sprouted chickpeas to salads, Buddha bowls, soups, stews, stir-fries. - Note- Soak the chickpea in water overnight. Remove the excess water and cover it in towel. Wait for one more day to get it sprouted

I know mung beans aren't the easiest bean to come by, so if you can't find them I suggest using lentils. I used sorghum flour because it's probably my favorite gluten-free flour, but I think rice flour, especially sweet white rice flour would be great. Or maybe some chickpea flour (also called besan).
