- Firstly boil Moong in a Cooker with Salt,for 3 whistles and drain out water from it and and keep aside
- In a big bowl/ vessel,put chopped Onions, tomatoes,(optional boiled potatoes), Chaat masala, little pepper powder, Jeera powder, Salt as per requirement,add boiled sprouted Moong in it, serve with chutney, sevpuri tikki, sprinkle sev and if required put half lemon juice over and serve
