- After 12 hrs,drain the water,wash pulses with fresh water and tie them in muslin cloth for sprouting.Keep it in warm place for at least 2 days..In between please change the cloth and water for every 6 to 8 hrs.
- Moong will Sprouts in a day but other pulses will take time.. After 2 days mostly all the pulses will get sprouts.Wash them with clear water and strain them on thick cloth for drying.
- Now spread them in a flat dish and put this dish where natural sunlight comes.let them dry for a day.
- Pulses will dry in a day if they gets proper sunlight.Now Heat a pan and roast all these pulses on slow flame for 5 to 6 minutes or until they will turn super dry and crunchy You can taste.let it cool.
- Grind them in a mixi jar to make flour like texture. Use this flour in Varieties of dishes to increase your protin level.Store them in air tight container for a month or more in a fridge.
