Steps to make Sprouted Chinese kebabs:
- First Boil sprouted beans. Now take bowl and mix boiled beans, boiled smashed potatoes, salt, turmeric, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, chaat masala in a bowl, add breadcrumbs as required and prepare like flour.
- For stuffing, Now take the oil in a pan and addthe ginger chili and garlic paste and saute. Add tomato, onion capsicum and saute for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, salt. Saute for 2 minutes. Now add boiled noodles and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now take the mixture of sprouted beans and tap it in hand and fill it with noodles stuffing. Make kebab and rub in the rava. Now roast both sides on tawa till it becomes brown with oil. Serve hot. 😋
