- Steam Sprouted moong in steamer for 10-mins
- Transfer steamed moong in a bowl and add chopped onion, tomatoes, tricolour capsicum, chopped coriander, lemon juice, salt,cumin powder, blacksalt and mix well
- Grind all the mentioned Chutney ingredients in mixer grinder into smooth puree
- Mix 1-tbsp Chutney in a bowl and mx well and serve tasty chatpata Sprouted Moog chaat in a plate.
