  11. Take 1/4 cup paneer (grated)
  12. Get 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  13. Get 1/4 cup tomato (Chopped)
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  16. Get 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
Instructions to make Matki Egg Dosa:
  1. Dosa stuffing
  2. In a bowl add egg white, paneer, onion, tomato, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves
  3. Beat well and keep it aside!
  4. In a grinder jar add matki (moth) dal, green chilli, cumin seeds and 1 tbsp water.
  5. Grind to make a smooth paste and remove it in a deep bowl.
  6. Add hing, besan, salt and ¼ cup water to it.
  7. Mix it well and make lumps free batter.
  8. Heat non-stick pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
  9. Swirl it to make a thin dosa and apply around ½ tsp oil to it
  10. Spread 2 tbsp of stuffing mixture on dosa evenly
  11. Cook for 2 minutes and flip aside
  12. Let it cook for 2 more minutes.
  13. Flip it again and cook for another minute.
  14. It's Ready!
  15. Clean the pan and repeat for the remaining batter!
  16. Serve hot with onion chutney!
