Steps to make Sprouted moong kathi roll:
- First heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and hing and saute them.
- Now add chopped onion and saute it.
- Add chopped tomato and saute it.
- Now add turmeric powder,salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,chaat masala and mix all well on sim.
- Now add sprouted green moong dal and little water and let it cook on sim for few minutes till the whole water is absorbed and dal is cooked well.
- Now take a chapatti and spread tomato ketchup over it.
- Now place the filling of moong dal and onion and tomato slices.
- Now fold it for a wrap.
- Now heat oil again in a non-stick tawa.
- Roast the wrap from both the sides.
