Steps to make Sprouted lobhiya ki sabji:
- Boil the lobhiya sprouts in water until cooked
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, black pepper, khas khas, cloves and finely diced onions (keep a little onion aside) and fry until brown.
- Then add garlic and vesicated coconut. And fry until brown. Let it cool aside for sometime.
- Crush the onion and coconut mixture until a smooth paste is formed.
- In a pan heat a tablespoon of oil. Add curry leaves and finely chopped onion which was earlier kept aside and fry until brown.
- Then add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and red chilli powder. Also add the grinded mixture of onion and coconut the pan along with the boiled lobhiya
- Add salt as per taste. Cover with a lid and cook it for more 2-3 minutes. Add water as per the desired consistency of the gravy. And lobhiya ki sabji is ready to be served
- Serve it along with rice or rotis.
