  2. Take a pan on low flame. Add oil heated up add asafoetida, cumin seeds. Get spluttered add chopped onions. Get it light golden transparent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes. Saute till it get smashed. Now add sprouted Moong. Mix it and cover it. Cook it for 5 mins.
  4. Check moong is cooked now add salt and all masalas.
  5. Add lemon juice. Mix it well.
  6. Sprinkle Chopped coriander and serve. Have it with curd or mix Namkeen.
