- Dip the cutlet into the bread crumbs and press it again slightly to set it the properly..

- For frying add oil to the hot pan and let the oil get heated up..put the cutlets inside the pan and lower the flame to medium level..
- Fry the cutlet untill it is golden brown on the lower side and then you will have to turn it upside down..
- Pour little bit of oil over the top of cutlets.
- Now turn the cutlets upside down as they have turned golden brown..
- Both the sides of d cutlet have turned brown,take out it into the plate..
