- Take matki(moth bean) and peanut in a cooker. Close the lid and boil it for approximately 10 min to 15 min.
- Dice onion, tomato and chop garlic.
- Take a pan. Add 1tsp oil(I used sunflower oil). Once the oil is slightly hot add chopped garlic. After 10sec add Onion and tomato.
- Now take out the Matki from cooker and add it to the pan. Little water in it is fine but you can remove excess water.
- Add pinch of turmeric, grated jaggery, chilli powder, salt and mix it.
- Let it cook for 5min and then take it out.
- You can garnish it with coriander leaves and grated coconut(optional)
