  2. Prepare 150 gms matki(sprouts)

Steps to make Matki pulav:
  1. Wash and soak rice. Chop the onions, garlic and green chillies. Grate the ginger.
  2. Heat oil add the chopped ingredients, saute till done. Add the dry spices, mix well. Add the sprouts and rice. Mix well again. Add water 2 cups. Cover the lid and get 2-3 whistles.
  3. When done and cooled down. Open the lid serve it in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaf. Serve it with sliced cucumber and 🍅 flower.
