- Wash and soak rice. Chop the onions, garlic and green chillies. Grate the ginger.
- Heat oil add the chopped ingredients, saute till done. Add the dry spices, mix well. Add the sprouts and rice. Mix well again. Add water 2 cups. Cover the lid and get 2-3 whistles.
- When done and cooled down. Open the lid serve it in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaf. Serve it with sliced cucumber and 🍅 flower.
