  1. In a pan put oil,heat it.
  2. Put Bay leaf,cumin seeds,clove,black cardomam,satue it.
  3. Put onion sautye it.add ginger garlic paste.fry it 2 miniutes.
  4. Let it be golden.add tomato.cook it 2 miniutes.
  5. Now add dal Roast it 5 miniutes.
  6. Put all griend spice in it.stir it.
  7. Add salt & water as required.lid it.
  8. Cook it 8 miniutes,with 2 whistle.
  9. Take it out from the flame.
  10. Put it in serving plate.garnish it with coriander leaf.
  11. Now a Rich dal is ready to serve.
