- Pressure cook the soaked daal with oil, salt to taste, turmeric powder, 1 1/2 cup water, onion 3 tbsp, ginger, garlic, tomato chopped, green chilli, mix thoroughly then cover it, put the weight on and let it whistle for two to three times.
- Let the pressure go down by it self. Then open the cover check moth daal is cooked or not. If cooked properly then make chaat. First take 3 tbs of moth daal in a plate then combine all left over ingredients one by one like chopped onion, curd, chutney, coriander leaves, sprinkle chat masala, cumin powder, mixture is then ready to serve.
