Homemade moong sprouts are very easy to make and of course they are hygienic and fresh compared to store bought ones. I usually make moong sprouts for salad and curries. I also make moth bean sprouts to make matki usal and misal pav. Occasionally I do make mixed beans sprouts.

- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add asofodita,curry leaves and mustured seeds. And fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add chopped onions and fry til it becomes slightly pink.
- Now add chopped tomato and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add finder garlic paste and cool for 2 minutes.
- Now add salt and all dry spices. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add sprouted moong matki and fry for 3 to 4 minutes buy covering it on low falme.
- Now add 1/2cup of water and put the lid of pressure cooker. And cook it on medium flame till 2 to 3 whistle.
- Moong matki sabji is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it with roti or rice.
