- Take oil in pressure cooker add Mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter then add asefoetida
- Add onion,ginger, garlic paste and saute well,add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and sugar.saute till oil oozes out.
- Then add finely chopped onions and saute for 5 mins.add chopped tomatoes and garam masala/ misal masla (easily available) and saute. Oil will ooze out. Add sprouted moth and water and then salt.mix well and let it cook till 1 whistle.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
