Instructions to make Sprouted Moth curry:
  1. Wash moth 2-3 times and soak in water for 7-8 hours or full night.
  2. Remove extra water and pack in soaked moth in clean cotton cloth for 3-4 hours.
  3. Unpack cloth and wash and clean sprouted moth
  4. Chopped onion,tomato in large pieces
  5. Grind it with green chillis,ginger-garlic, make a fine paste.
  6. Add oil in pressure cooker and heat it.add cumin and mustard seeds,then add 1-1 tb spn finely chopped onion and tomatato (it's optional)stir it,then add onion - tomato paste and stir it.
  7. When oil releases from sides add spices and milk and water.(add.2-3 cups of water)
  8. When gravy starts boiling add sprouted moth in it and cover it with lid.
  9. When pressure cooker whistles 2 times off the flame and let it cool. Open the lid and Add lemon juice
  10. Serve curry with bread,bun or chapati with farsan and chopped onion.
