- Now add Sprouted Moth in it. Mix well, add salt to taste and Garam masala in it. Mixed well and add 1/4 cup water in it. Cover the lid and cook for 10 min. on medium flame.
- Turn off flame. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, tomato slice and onion rings. Spicy Sprouted Moth/Matki is ready. Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
