Steps to make Mokimo:
- Boil the maize, peas, potatoes and pumkin leaves separately
- Fry tge onions to translucent
- In a different pan, mix the maize, pease, onions and pumpkin leaves, add the boiled potatoes and mash them to a very fine paste..
