- Put potatoes, semolina, flour, curd, and salt in the bowl and knead well, and rest for 30 minutes so that the semolina flourishes,
- Then after that, take a dough and give a shape just like image. Now, cut it small pieces, and give it shape with the help of the fork, as I have shown in the image,
- Starts boiling water in the pan, then put the small pieces of the dough in to boiled water. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Take a two tbsp oil in pan, add ginger, garlic, little bit fry. - Put all vegetables carrots, capsicum, mushrooms, green chillies, green onions, some coriander leaf in to pan. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce,chilli sauce, vinegar, oregano and cheese. - Cook 5 minuts. and serve.
