Instructions to make Tasty beef matoke:
  1. Smear oil on your hands, peel the green bananas and cut them into pieces
  2. Put the beef in a cooking sufuria with a pinch of salt add a cup of water cover and place over heat for 30 min till tender
  3. Drain the soup that's remaining and put aside
  4. Heat the oil in a sufuria. Fry onions, add tomatoes and chopped dhania
  5. Reduce heat.add bananas. Cover and simmer over low heat until tender
  6. Ready to serve!
