  2. Make ready 2 Cups Sooji

Instructions to make Vegetable Appe:
  1. Take a bowl, add curd and sooji and mix it well.
  2. Then, add little water (5-6 tbl) to mix batter and make sure it should not be in flowing consistency. Batter should be thick.Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. After minutes, add chopped carrot, chopped onion, chopped capsicum,,curry leaves,coriander leaves in the mixture,green chilliee add salt as per taste and mix it well.Then,take small portion of mixture in a bowl and then add 1/2 tbs of eno. Mix it well.Apply oil in appe pan and put batter in pan.
  4. Cover the pan for 10 minutes and after that change the sides of appe.Again, cook for 10 minutes
  5. Then,take out appe from Pan and serve with your favourite chutney.
