  12. Prepare 6-7 black pepper
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp Coconut milk
  14. Get to taste Salt
  15. Take Few curry leaves
  16. Take 1/4 cup Green peas
Steps to make Vegetable Stew:
  1. Scrap the coconut. Add cup water to that and blend it in a blender. Strain it with the cloth. That is the first milk. Repeat the same process, that will be second milk. Do it again, that will be third milk. Keep all milk separately. Use only the white part of coconut if you want your stew white.
  2. Chop all vegetables into big and thin pieces.
  3. Take Coconut oil, add masala, curry leaves and onion. Saute for some time. Add vegetables. Add 1/2 water
  4. After some time add third coconut milk. Add salt too.Let it cook till vegetables are cooked. Once vegetables are cooked, add second milk and garam masala. Let it cook on low flame.
  5. After some time add first milk and off the flame. Don't bring boil in the milk otherwise it will be curdle.
  6. Serve with Appam.
