- Get 4 boiled Potatoes
- Get 100 gms Paneer
- Get 2 Onions
- Make ready 3 Tomatoes

- Get 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder

- Prepare For frying Oil
Instructions to make Veg Anda curry:
- Mash the boiled potatoes and add corn flour and salt in it. Now grate the paneer finely and add a pinch of turmeric in it.
- Take a ball of potato and press it with your hands like a roti and add 1/2 tbsp of yellow paneer in it. Roll it like an egg and then roll it over maida and keep aside.
- Make all the eggs like this and keep aside.
- Now take a heavy bottom pan and deep fry till they turn golden in colour. Fry all the eggs in the same procedure.
- Now grind the onions, tomatoes, chillies, ginger and garlic, then grind them finely.
- Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil to heat, then add the gravy in it.
- Stir it well and stir fry it till it leaves the corner. - Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and anda curry masala in it and mix well.
- Now add 1 cup of water, cover it with a lid and keep it on a low flame for 5 minutes.
- Now cut the egg vertically, half from centre as shown in the recipe picture. - Take out the gravy in a bowl and then place the half cut eggs on it. - Your Veg Egg Curry is ready to eat
