  1. Heat oil into pan, saute spring onions abd green peas and spring onion saute it for 3-4min on medium flame.
  2. Take it out side from pan.now add oil heat it than ginger and asfoetida saute it.than add gram flour fry it.till it's colour is golden.
  3. Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and fry it.than add beated curd into pan.
  4. Mix it well and fry now add water and salt into it.
  5. When it has boil add fried spring onion and green peas.mix it well and cook it for 10-12 min.on medium flame.
  6. Now for tadka heat oil add mustard seeds dry red chilli.
  7. When it cracks add curry leaves.than add it into gram flour curry.it's done mix it and off the flame pour it into bowl.
  8. Garnish it with hungcurd.serve it hot with Rice or Roti.
