  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a bit of oil until soft. Add curry powder and cook for another minute.
  2. Add the water, flour and stock cube and let simmer for 10 minutes before adding soya sauce, apple sauce and pepper. We like our sauce a bit chunky but if you don't, just pop it in the blender for a bit. Enjoy!
  3. Note: If you don't have any apple sauce, just use a normal apple, peeled and cut into tiny pieces, and add it to the onions.
