- Pipe the other half through a piping bag fitted with a star tip onto the prepared cookie sheet (making sure they are about the same size as the thumbprint cookies for even baking)
- Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer onto a cooling rack
