  1. Get 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  2. Take 2 tbsp soy sauce
  3. Prepare 1 pinch Red pepper flakes
  4. Prepare 1 large chicken breast
  5. Prepare 1 cup broccoli florets
  6. Take 1/2 cup celery cut up in chunks
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup chicken broth
  8. Prepare 1 olive oil
  9. Take 4 oz spaghetti noodles
  10. Make ready 1 salt & pepper
Steps to make Easy chicken Lo Mein:
  1. Cut your chicken breast in chunks. Season chicken with salt and pepper only. In a skillet with olive oil cook chicken until no longer pink
  2. Set cooked chicken aside; remove from skillet. Mix in a bowl your sauces n red pepper flakes
  3. In same skillet add more olive oil..and throw in your cut up celery chunks n broccoli and saute until desired tenderness
  4. Meanwhile your saute-ing you veggies, place a pot with water to boil with spaghetti noddles. Cook al dente.
  5. Once noodles are drained, pour noodles in skillet with veggies sauteed. N throw in chicken and sauces. Mix well.
