Steps to make Chicken chowmein:
  1. In bowl add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, cornflour and mix well.. chowmein sauce is ready
  2. In chicken add 1 tbsp of chowmein sauce mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
  3. In wok add oil,garlic and Marinated chicken stir fry until changes color
  4. Add capsicum, green onion and stir fry for 2 minutes
  5. Add remaining chowmien sauce, Vinegar and mix well
  6. Add leftover spaghetti,salt, and stir fry for 2 minutes on high flame
  7. Sprinkle black pepper crushed and serve
